dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Solutions Architecture to lead our Solutions Architecture team for the United States and this leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architect leaders, to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Lead a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success in the Southeast US region. Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling. Guide our GTM strategy in the region, play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
